A Commonwealth Court judge has denied the NAACP Pennsylvania conference’s bid to make voting in the presidential election Nov. 3 safer and more accessible during the pandemic.
The leader of Bethlehem’s NAACP says the city’s police chief was right to step down from his post. The move followed controversy over a racist meme Mark Diluzio posted to Facebook last weekend.
Proceedings are scheduled to begin Tuesday in an election lawsuit filed in Commonwealth Court by the Pennsylvania chapter of the NAACP.
