A federal judge in Philadelphia has handed down a ruling against the United State Postal Service over its operational changes that took place over the summer.

The campaign committee of the state Senate’s top Republican is suing a Pennsylvania media group and two journalists.

Proceedings are scheduled to begin Tuesday in an election lawsuit filed in Commonwealth Court by the Pennsylvania chapter of the NAACP.

This week more than 50 Black Lives Matters supporters gathered peacefully in Whitehall Township – to bring attention to a lawsuit against the area police and the school district. The event was also attended by counter-protestors, after an alert was sent out by a local gun shop.
