Main streets across Pennsylvania are starting to see life for the first time – and on the Southside of Bethlehem, it’s no different. Now that the Lehigh Valley is in the yellow phase of reopening.
Warren Clark, owner of Domaci, a furniture and home decor store says a lot of regulars have come out to show their support.
“We opened up on Friday – it was the first time in over two months we opened up our store – the doors to the physical store. We were available online in the intermediate.”
Yellow phase means retail stores can open, although curbside pick up is preferred… and restaurants can use outdoor seating. Adam Flatt owns the Social Still.
“We had only four tables to start, then added and made it seven. But we’re used to having about 40 in this restaurant so it’s a much smaller game to play but we’re having fun remembering how to do it all over,” said Flatt.
Flatt says the outdoor dining option is helping them to ease into the new normal.
