A recent survey of Hispanic small business owners finds that less than 20 percent of them who applied for a loan through the Paycheck Protection Program have received the coronavirus relief money. The rest are still waiting to hear back from the federal government.
The Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce is working to help fill the gap by offering advice and resources to find additional money and customers. Danielle Joseph is the Chamber’s executive vice president for business and diversity councils. She tells WLVR Community Correspondent Genesis Ortega that life with COVID is forcing everyone to do things a little differently.
