Federal emergency funding will help Pennsylvania fight coronavirus, U.S. Senator Bob Casey says

There are no confirmed cases of the coronavirus in Pennsylvania, but the state is ramping up testing of people who may have been exposed to the virus. Yesterday Congress passed an $8.3 billion dollar emergency spending package to address the national outbreak, and support state efforts. 

WLVR News Director Jen Rehill spoke with Pennsylvania U.S. Senator Bob Casey from Washington, DC to talk about the measure and federal efforts to stem the spread of the disease.
